Rapper Simon D recently revealed that he tried out CNBLUE Yonghwa’s banana diet but ended up in failure.
On August 17, Simon D wrote on his Twitter, “About two year ago, I tired CNBLUE Yonghwa’s banana diet, which involved eating only bananas and water. But it was too delicious, so I ate six to seven bananas at a time and gained more weight. It was supposed to be a diet.”
He also added that around the same time, he tried another diet. “My friend sent me packed lunches for a diet. I thought the food would taste bland but it was so good that I ate a week’s worth in 3 days and gained more weight.”
